Presto Gaming Company Pre-Order Policy

All pre-orders for popular items will be strictly limited until allocations are clear.

We aim to provide your orders without any issues and we will commit to work closely with our distributors to make it happen. While we cannot control changes in distribution supply chains, we aim to mitigate the occurrence of any issue!

Pre-Order FAQ

    • Charging: Please note that pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase, not shipment.
    • Pre-Order/In-Stock Orders: If pre-order items are ordered along with in-stock items, all items will be shipped together when the final item is in-stock
    • Dates: Product release dates are estimates from the supplier / manufacturer and may change
    • Cancelation: If you need to cancel your pre-order please use our contact form or email us at support@prestogamingco.com. All cancelations are subject to approval. Please note, a 5% restock fee may be applied to any approved canceled order. If items are canceled due to the actions of Presto Gaming, there will be no restock fee. We will try to accommodate any cancelations, however, after 60 days from purchase date, cancelations will not be approved. Additionally, if cancelation is not approved and you do not want the original product, we may offer store credit in place of the product.
